This error indicates a network proxy configuration issue. The software is attempting to use a proxy, but the settings are incorrect or the proxy is unreachable.

Solution:

1. If you are not using a VPN or proxy service to access the internet, you should clear the "Network Proxy Address" field in the main interface. Leave it empty.
2. If you are using a proxy (e.g., for accessing services like Google Translate, OpenAI, or Gemini), ensure the address format in the "Network Proxy Address" field is correct. The typical format is http://127.0.0.1:10808 or http://localhost:10808. You must use the correct port number from your proxy client's settings.
3. After correcting the proxy address, try the operation again. If the error persists, try temporarily disabling your proxy client to see if the software works without it.

Important: An incorrect proxy setting will prevent the software from connecting to the internet for any online service (translation, TTS, model downloads).
