#379 target language

Hi,

I dont have direct errors, but I want to add my language - translation to software and how to add "Target language" / output language (how to ADD or replace any of existing i dont use / don`t care) ?

p.s. so far APP is good, tried in random language and was good, but need in my language. Is there a way i can update myself or i need to look for another app?

The interface language is currently hard-coded, with if config.defaulelang== providing Chinese and English respectively.

Also, videotrans/language/en.json contains some language codes.
