This error occurs because the software is being run directly from within a compressed archive (e.g., a .zip or .7z file) or a temporary directory, which prevents it from accessing and saving necessary configuration files.

The key issue is the root_dir path: C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Local/Temp/360zip$Temp/360$0/win-videotrans-v3.84. This is a temporary extraction path created by a compression tool (360zip). Running the software from such a location is not supported.

Solution:

1. Extract the software to a permanent location. Do not run sp.exe from inside the archive or a temporary folder.
2. Choose a suitable directory. Extract the downloaded .7z file to a non-system drive (e.g., D:\pyVideoTrans). The path should not contain Chinese characters, spaces, or special symbols.
3. Avoid protected directories. Do not extract to system-protected folders like C:\Program Files.
4. Run the software. After extraction, navigate to the new directory (e.g., D:\pyVideoTrans) and double-click sp.exe to launch it.

Once launched from a proper directory, the software will be able to cache and load the available TTS roles correctly.
