该错误源于二次识别阶段调用本地 faster-whisper(large-v3-turbo 模型)时发生未知异常,根本原因是文件路径包含中文字符、中文逗号“,”和英文逗号“,”,导致底层 FFmpeg 或模型文件加载时解析失败。

解决方案(按优先级顺序)

  1. 移动视频到纯英文/数字路径
    Summary.mp4 复制到类似 D:\test\Summary.mp4 的路径(无中文、无逗号、无空格),并重新启动任务。
  2. 暂时关闭“二次识别”
    在主界面的“同步对齐与字幕样式”区域,取消勾选“二次识别”(recogn2pass=True 改为 False)。可跳过该阶段完成合成,不会影响最终效果。
  3. 若仍需二次识别,更换 ASR 模型
    在“菜单—工具—高级选项—语音识别参数”中将模型从 large-v3-turbo 临时切换为 large-v3medium,避免模型损坏导致的未知错误。
  4. 检查模型完整性
    进入 models 文件夹,确认 models--mobiuslabsgmbh--faster-whisper-large-v3-turbo 目录下是否包含全部 .bin / .json 文件(若不完整,请重新下载)。

完成以上调整后,执行任务前建议先勾选“清理已生成”(主界面第一行),以清除可能已损坏的临时缓存。
