This error usually appears when you haven't selected a video or audio file to process. Make sure you click the "选择音频或视频" (Select Audio/Video) button on the main "翻译视频和音频" panel and choose a supported file (e.g., mp4, mov, avi, mkv, mp3, wav). If the issue persists, please provide the latest log file from the logs/ directory (copy the last ~30 lines) for further analysis.
