The error "Video required" means no valid video or audio file was selected for processing.

Solution:

  1. Make sure you have clicked the "Select Audio or Video" button and chosen a supported file (mp4/mov/avi/mkv/webm/mpeg/ogg/mts/ts/wmv for video, wav/mp3/m4a/flac/aac/wma for audio).
  2. Check that the file is not corrupted and the path does not contain special characters or spaces.
  3. If you already selected a file but the error persists, verify that ffmpeg is properly installed (brew install ffmpeg on macOS) and available in your PATH.

If none of these help, please share the full log from logs/ folder (latest log file's last 30 lines) for further diagnosis.
