#5370 Video required

The Video required error indicates no video file was selected for processing. This can also occur if the selected file path contains unsupported characters (e.g., Arabic, spaces, or special symbols), which may prevent the file picker from properly registering the file.

Solutions:

1. Ensure a file is selected
   Click the 选择音频或视频 (Select Audio or Video) button and choose a video. After selection, the file name and path should appear in the field.

2. Simplify file and folder names

   • Move the video to a short path using only English letters, numbers, and underscores (e.g., D:\videos\demo.mp4).
   • Also relocate the pyVideoTrans installation folder to a similar simple path (avoid Arabic, spaces, or special chars). Your current path E:/برامج كمبيوتر/برنامج ترجمة ودبلجة contains Arabic characters and spaces, which can cause internal file access issues.
3. Check file format
   Supported video formats: mp4, mov, avi, mkv, webm, mpeg, ogg, mts, ts, wmv, flv.
   Supported audio formats: wav, mp3, m4a, flac, aac, wma, ogg.
4. Restart the software after making the above changes.

If the problem persists, please provide the latest log file from the logs/ folder (copy the last 30 lines of error output) for further diagnosis.
