The "Clone preview unavailable" error typically indicates that the local TTS service required for voice cloning (e.g., Qwen-TTS, GPT-SoVITS, F5-TTS, or other supported clone engines) is not running or not accessible.

Immediate steps:

1. Check which clone channel you selected – In the main interface, under "Dubbing channel", if you chose "clone", the software expects a local TTS service to be active (e.g., Qwen-TTS, GPT-SoVITS, F5-TTS, etc.).
2. Start the corresponding local service – Open the menu Settings → TTS Setup and locate the panel for the clone channel you intend to use. Ensure its API address is correct and the service is actually running (e.g., http://127.0.0.1:9880 for GPT-SoVITS, http://127.0.0.1:7860 for F5-TTS).
3. Verify the service is responsive – If you can access the service’s web UI, try generating a test voice from there to confirm it works.
4. Restart pyVideoTrans after confirming the service is up, then try the clone preview again.

If the problem persists, provide the software version exactly (v3.99 as shown) and the latest log file (from logs/ directory, about 30 lines of error output) for further diagnosis.
