这是由于 Edge-TTS 请求过于频繁被微软服务器限流（返回 403 状态码）导致的。

解决方案：

  1. 打开软件顶部菜单 工具 -> 高级选项 -> 字幕配音调整。
  2. 将 EdgeTTS配音渠道配音并发数 改为 1。
  3. 将 配音后暂停秒 设为 5~10 秒。
  4. 如果仍报错，请在软件根目录下创建一个名为 edgetts-noproxy.txt 的空文件（或删除已有的代理设置），强制 EdgeTTS 绕过代理。

完成上述设置后重新执行配音任务。
