这是由于 Qwen3-TTS 在进行声音克隆时,GPU 显存不足或输入参考音频/字幕时长不适配导致的底层 CUDA 断言错误。常见原因有:1) 同时加载 large-v3-turbo 语音识别模型和 Qwen3-TTS 本地模型,累积显存超限;2) clone 模式下参考音频时长超出 3-10 秒范围,或参考音频质量差(含背景噪声),导致模型内部输入张量异常。

解决步骤(按优先级操作):

  1. 降低显存占用:主界面将语音识别模型从 large-v3-turbo 切换为 mediumsmall,释放显存给 Qwen3-TTS。
  2. 严格限制字幕时长(专为 clone 模式优化):进入 菜单 → 工具 → 高级选项 → 语音识别参数

    • 最长语音持续(秒) 设为 68
    • 最短语音持续(毫秒) 设为 30004000
    • 勾选 合并过短字幕到邻近Whisper预分割音频
    • 取消勾选 LLM重新断句(clone 模式下必须禁用)
  3. 提升参考音频质量:在 设置更多参数 中勾选 分离人声背景声,确保 clone 时截取的参考音频纯净。
  4. 降级为付费 API 规避本地模型冲突:如果仍需 high-quality 克隆,可临时切换到 Edge-TTS豆包语音合成2.0 等云端渠道,验证是否为本地模型本身的 bug。
  5. 重启软件并清空临时缓存:彻底关闭 sp.exe,删除 tmp/ 文件夹中所有内容,重新启动。
