This error is caused by the file path containing non-ASCII characters (Cyrillic, Chinese) and URL-encoded special characters (%5B). Windows, FFmpeg, and Python often fail to handle such paths, resulting in "File not found".

Solution:

1. Move the video to a simple path that contains only English letters, numbers, and underscores, e.g. D:\videos\ch01.mp4.
2. Rename the file to remove all spaces, special symbols, and non-English characters. For example, use ch01.mp4 instead of %5BP1%5DCh01-01. 강의의 ... .mp4.
3. After moving/renaming, restart pyVideoTrans and select the new file path.
4. Also update the software to the latest version (v4.08), as newer versions have improved path handling.
