从国内镜像站下载模型失败，如果你能科学上网的话，请从源站 huggingface.co 下载，方法是在 sp.exe同位置创建一个文件 huggingface.lock，注意后缀不是.txt而是.lock

然后重新启动软件，下载那个模型，下载前先删掉 models/models--mobiuslabsgmbh--faster-whisper-large-v3-turbo 这个下载失败的模型
