This error indicates that the software did not receive a valid video/audio file before starting the task.
Please check:
Click the "Select Video/Audio" button and choose a supported file (mp4/mov/avi/mkv/webm/mpeg/ogg/mts/ts/wmv/flv; or wav/mp3/m4a/flac/aac/wma/ogg).
If you selected a file, verify the path contains no special characters and is not too long. Move the file to a simple path like E:/videos/001.mp4.
If using folder batch mode, make sure the folder contains at least one supported video/audio file.
If the file was valid but the error persists, provide the most recent log from logs/ folder (copy the last ~30 lines) and confirm the exact steps you performed.
