这是因为原视频画面中已内嵌的硬字幕是无法被 pyVideoTrans 提取或抹除的。软件只能在原视频基础上叠加新字幕、替换配音，无法删除已经烧录在画面里的中文字幕。

解决方案：

  1. 若需删除原视频硬字幕，请使用专用工具先去除硬字幕，再使用 pyVideoTrans 进行翻译：

  2. 如果原视频带有软字幕轨道（而非画面内嵌字幕），可直接在播放器中关闭原字幕轨道，或使用软件翻译后选择“嵌入软字幕”，播放时即可切换显示新字幕。
