This is a Google translate rate-limit (429 / "Too Many Requests") response — Google is temporarily blocking your IP because the free endpoint was queried too frequently (the /sorry/index redirect in the URL is Google's abuse-detection page).

Solutions:

Switch to a cleaner proxy/VPN node. The free Google translation endpoint in mainland China requires a proxy; shared or "dirty" node IPs are very likely already flagged by Google and will trigger 429 immediately. If you are not using a proxy at all, Google Translate is effectively unreachable/unstable.
Lower the request frequency. Go to Menu -> Tools/Options -> Advanced Options -> Subtitle Translation, set both 传统翻译渠道每批字幕行数 and AI翻译渠道每批字幕行数 to 1, and increase 翻译后暂停秒 (e.g. 2-5 seconds).
Better: don't rely on the free Google channel. Switch the translate channel to a stable LLM such as DeepSeek — sign in at https://platform.deepseek.com/, top up (minimum 1 CNY is allowed), get an API key, fill it into Menu -> Translation Settings -> DeepSeek, then select DeepSeek in the translate-channel dropdown. Translation quality is also better.
Alternatively use the fully offline M2M100(内置) local translate model (first use will download the model to 软件目录/models/m2m100_12b).
Note: your target language is Vietnamese (vi), which is within the first common-language group, so any channel works — no need to force an AI model for compatibility reasons, but an AI model is still recommended for stability.
