The software cannot start the task because no video/audio file was selected in the top row 选择音频或视频(Select Video/Audio). This field is mandatory.

Steps to fix:

1. Click the 选择音频或视频(Select Video/Audio) button in the first row of the main window.
2. In the file dialog, select at least one file (supported: mp4/mkv/avi/mov/wav/mp3, etc.). To batch process, either multi-select files or check the 文件夹(Folder) option to select a whole folder.
3. Confirm the file path now appears in the top row input box, then click 开始执行(Start).

Additional check:

• If you want to use your own existing SRT subtitle instead of auto-generating one, place it under the default output folder _video_out/{filename}-{ext}/ renamed to the language code (e.g. en.srt, zh-cn.srt). Do NOT check 清理已生成(Clear Output) and do NOT click 输出到..., otherwise the subtitle will not be found.

Note: your software path is C:/pyVideoTrans/app — this is fine (English path, non-system drive).
