#7711 CUDA GPU acceleration unavailable. Verify NVIDIA GPU & CUDA installation (Help -> CUDA Help).

CUDA acceleration is unavailable because the software cannot detect a usable NVIDIA GPU + CUDA 12.8 + cuDNN 9.11 environment. Note the software only supports NVIDIA (N-card); AMD/Intel GPUs cannot use CUDA acceleration.

Check and fix in order:

1. Confirm hardware: only NVIDIA GPUs support CUDA acceleration. AMD/Intel (including integrated graphics) are unsupported.

2. Verify driver and CUDA:

   • Open CMD, run nvidia-smi to view the driver and max supported CUDA version.
   • Run nvcc -V to check the CUDA compiler version.
   • Required: CUDA Toolkit 12.8 or higher, cuDNN 9.11 or higher.
3. If CUDA is installed but still not detected, check that your system Path environment variable contains CUDA's bin and lib directories.
4. Update your NVIDIA driver to the latest version (CUDA 12.8+ has a minimum driver requirement).
5. Fix the installation path issue (critical in your case):
   Your software is located at:
   C:/Users/Al Madina Computer/Desktop/win-pyvideotrans-v4.14(1)
   This path contains spaces and parentheses ( ), which is very likely to cause dependency/loading failures. Move and extract the software to a simple, all-English, no-symbol path without spaces, e.g. D:\pyVideoTrans, then run sp.exe again (run as administrator if needed).
6. If you only have AMD GPU, consider the Whisper.net channel (source deployment only, complex, not recommended for beginners). This requires source deployment, not the frozen packaged build.
