The root cause is that you selected the ChatterBox (Built-in) TTS channel for dubbing, but ChatterBox does not support Khmer (km).

Its supported languages are only: ar, da, de, el, en, es, fi, fr, he, hi, it, ja, ko, ms, nl, no, pl, pt, ru, sv, sw, tr, zh.

So it throws Unsupported language_id 'km' at the dubbing stage.

Solution: Pick a TTS channel that actually supports Khmer.

Open the TTS Service (dubbing) dropdown on the main interface and switch away from ChatterBox(Built-in).
Use Edge-TTS (Free) — it supports all built-in languages including Khmer and is the default recommended channel.
NOTE: Voice cloning (clone role) is only available on clone-capable channels.

If you keep the clone role, choose a clone-capable channel that also supports Khmer, otherwise clone will not work for Khmer.

Edge-TTS does not support the clone role, so if you switch to Edge-TTS you must select a normal voice (not clone).

Recommendation for Khmer target:

If you need cloning: use a clone-capable channel that supports Khmer (check the supported-language list of the channel before selecting).
If cloning is not required: use Edge-TTS (Free), choose a Khmer voice.

Also make sure the source language, translation target, and TTS language are consistent (all set to Khmer where required).
