This is because the Index-TTS local API service is not running or the API address is not filled in / is incorrect, causing the TTS channel to fail when connecting to the API URL (the error message shows the URL is empty).

Troubleshooting steps:

Confirm that your local Index-TTS service has been started (its WebUI normally runs at http://127.0.0.1:7860). The error API URL is error: with an empty address means pyVideoTrans cannot find a valid address.
In the software, go to Menu → TTS Settings → Index-TTS, fill in the correct address, e.g. http://127.0.0.1:7860, then save.
Make sure the address is not 0.0.0.0 — if the local service shows 0.0.0.0, change it to 127.0.0.1.
Make sure the API version (e.g. whether api_v2? is checked) matches the way your Index-TTS service was started, otherwise you will get errors.
After saving, retry.

Note: The tts_type: 12 in your log is the Index-TTS channel, confirming this is an Index-TTS local API connection issue.
