CUDA acceleration is only enabled when ALL of these conditions are met. Check them one by one:

  1. GPU hardware: Only NVIDIA (N卡) is supported. AMD/Intel GPUs cannot use CUDA.
  2. CUDA Toolkit: version 12.8 or higher. Verify by opening CMD and running nvcc -V.
  3. cuDNN: version 9.11 or higher, with its bin and lib folders added to the system Path environment variable.
  4. GPU driver: update to the latest NVIDIA driver. Verify with nvidia-smi (it also shows the max CUDA version your driver supports).
  5. Environment variables: ensure CUDA's bin and lib directories are correctly appended to system Path.

Regarding your install path:

  • C:/Users/Adel/Downloads/Compressed/win-pyvideotrans-v4.15-1

Issues to fix:

  • Do not run the software directly from inside the compressed archive folder (the Compressed folder suggests you may not have fully extracted it, or extracted into a messy location). Extract to a shallow, pure English/number path on a non-system drive, e.g. D:\pyVideoTrans.
  • Avoid running under C:\Users\...\Downloads\... if permissions or path issues appear; right-click sp.exe → Run as administrator if needed.
