This is a 403 handshake rejection from Microsoft's free Edge-TTS endpoint (wss://speech.platform.bing.com/...). It is not a bug in pyVideoTrans — it means your request was blocked at the network/IP level. Two possible causes:

Rate limiting / IP flagged — Edge-TTS is a free public interface. Short bursts of concurrent requests cause Microsoft to temporarily block your public IP (403).
Proxy interference — If you have filled a proxy in the main window (network proxy box), or a system-wide proxy is active, Edge-TTS's WebSocket handshake can be rejected.

Steps to fix

Open Menu -> Tools/Options -> Advanced Options -> [Dubbing Settings]:
- Set Concurrent dubbing threads / EdgeTTS配音渠道配音并发数 to 1
- Set Pause (s) after each dubbing request / 配音后暂停秒 to 5–10
- Increase EdgeTTS配音渠道失败重试次数 (Retries after EdgeTTS failure) moderately
Close the software, then create an empty text file named exactly edgetts-noproxy.txt in the software root directory (same folder as sp.exe, in your case C:/Users/More/Documents/sub-app). This forces Edge-TTS to bypass the proxy. Restart the software.
Clear the proxy field in the main window (Alignment row, right side network proxy box) if you are not certain it is valid. An invalid proxy address will make all network requests fail. Save, then retest.
If you are using a VPN for other services: switch to a cleaner node, or wait 10–30 minutes for the IP block to expire, then retry. EdgeTTS automatically detects proxy errors and retries without proxy, but the IP-level 403 requires either waiting or changing the exit IP.
If Edge-TTS keeps failing, switch the dubbing channel (TTS Service) to a different provider, e.g. Qwen3-TTS(built-in), OmniVoice-TTS, ZipVoice, or a paid cloud API.

Note: your log shows language: 'en' combined with role: 'Yan(Female/HK)' (a Cantonese/HK voice). Pick a voice that matches the dubbing language — e.g. en-US-JennyNeural or en-US-GuyNeural — otherwise the output pronunciation will be wrong even after the 403 is resolved.
