This is caused by Microsoft's Edge-TTS free endpoint rejecting your IP address (HTTP 403). The endpoint blocks high-frequency requests or requests routed through an unclean proxy/VPN IP. It is not a bug in your subtitle file or audio.

How to resolve:

Lower the request frequency — The most common fix: Open 菜单(Menu) → 工具/选项(Tools/Options) → 高级选项(Advanced Options) → 字幕配音调整(Dubbing) and set:
- EdgeTTS配音渠道配音并发数 (Edge-TTS concurrent) = 1
- 配音后暂停秒 (Pause after each dubbing request) = 5 ~ 10
  This prevents Microsoft from throttling your external IP.
Disable proxy for Edge-TTS — If you use a VPN/proxy, the node IP may be flagged. Create an empty file named edgetts-noproxy.txt in the software root directory (the same folder as sp.exe). This forces Edge-TTS to bypass the proxy. Restart the software after creating it.
Switch VPN node — If you are behind a VPN, switch to a cleaner, more stable node, or temporarily disable the proxy.
Retry with clean cache — After making the above changes, retry and make sure 清理已生成(Clear Output) is checked so the previously generated wrong audio is removed.
Update the software — You are on v4.13. Upgrade to the latest v4.15 (download the new patch package and overwrite, even if you already have the v4.15 full package). If immediate update is not possible, you can temporarily switch the TTS channel to another provider such as gTTS(免费), or use a local/API TTS channel for now.
