WhisperX is selected as the STT service, but the local WhisperX service is not running or has not been deployed. The connection to http://127.0.0.1:9092 was refused (WinError 10061), which occurs when nothing is listening on that port.

To resolve this:

  1. Deploy and start the WhisperX local API service on your machine first. Ensure it listens on 127.0.0.1:9092 (or modify the API URL in the WhisperX settings if your service uses a different port/address).
  2. After the service is running, retry the task in pyVideoTrans.
  3. If you deployed WhisperX on another machine or port, open the WhisperX settings in pyVideoTrans and update the API URL accordingly.

Note: WhisperX is a LocalAPI channel that requires you to deploy and run the service separately — it is not bundled with pyVideoTrans.
