This is because your installation is incomplete — the module videotrans/tts/_ai302.py is missing from the package, so the preview function for the AI302 TTS channel (tts_type 33) cannot start.

Solution:

Fully exit pyVideoTrans and delete/back up the current D:/pyVideoTrans folder.
Download the latest v4.16 full package from https://pyvideotrans.com/downpackage (or keep your current install and re-download the v4.16 patch package).
If using the patch package, extract it and overwrite all files into D:/pyVideoTrans, especially the videotrans folder and _internal folder.
Start sp.exe again, then test the voice preview for the AI302 channel.
