Root cause: This error is not generated by pyVideoTrans itself. Your TTS channel is clone-voice(LocalAPI) (tts_type=39, api_url=http://127.0.0.1:9988). The payload {'code': 6, 'msg': "'bool' object has no attribute 'any'"} is returned by the local clone-voice service running on port 9988 — it is a Python-side failure inside that project (a boolean being passed where a numpy array is expected), so every dubbing request is rejected before any audio is produced.

Note also that clone-voice is listed as no longer maintained in the supported-channel list, so this kind of environment breakage is expected and will not be fixed upstream.

Solutions (in order of preference):

Switch to a maintained built-in clone channel (recommended)
- In the main window, change TTS Service from clone-voice(LocalAPI) to one of: OmniVoice-TTS(内置) (supports all built-in languages, incl. your target ru), Qwen3-TTS(内置) (zh/en/ja/ko/de/fr/ru/pt/es/it), Confucius-TTS(内置) (incl. ru), F5-TTS(内置) (Russian model available) or ZipVoice(内置).
- Keep the Voice role as clone — no separate deployment or port needed, the model is downloaded automatically on first use.
- Before re-running, tick Clear Output (清理已生成) in the main window, otherwise the previously cached/failed dubbing results will be reused.
If you deliberately want to keep clone-voice
- Check the clone-voice console window at the moment of failure for the full traceback; the bool/any failure indicates a numpy/torch version conflict in that project's own virtual environment.
- Recreate clone-voice's environment from its own requirements in a clean venv (do not reuse pyVideoTrans's env), then restart its API on port 9988 and confirm http://127.0.0.1:9988 responds.
Clone-quality safeguard (applies to any clone channel)
- With clone, the reference audio is cut from your source video per subtitle line and must be 3–10 s. Go to Menu → Tools/Options → Advanced Options → Speech Recognition Parameters and set VAD: min speech duration(ms) to 3000 or higher and max speech duration(s) to 6–10, otherwise cloning may fail or sound distorted.

Since the traceback contains no pyVideoTrans-internal fault, no log from logs/ is required for this case — but if a built-in clone channel also fails after switching, send the last ~30 lines of the newest file in logs/.
