The root cause is that the Microsoft Edge-TTS free endpoint changed its authentication logic, so your v4.11 client's handshake is rejected with HTTP 403. This is a known issue fixed in v4.16 — no local setting can repair it on v4.11.

Solution:

  1. Upgrade to v4.16: download the latest full package (~2.7GB) or the latest patch package from the official download page and overwrite your existing folder (keep your params.json/cfg.json; they are preserved).
  2. If you use proxy software, create an empty file named edgetts-noproxy.txt in the software root directory (next to sp.exe) to force Edge-TTS to bypass the proxy, then restart the software.
  3. To avoid further rate limiting, go to Menu -> Tools/Options -> Advanced Options -> Dubbing: set Concurrent dubbing threads (EdgeTTS concurrency) to 1 and Pause after each dubbing request to 5-10 seconds.
  4. If 403 persists after upgrading, switch the TTS provider to a local/alternative channel (e.g., Qwen3-TTS, OmniVoice, Piper) or use another online TTS service.

Note: your installation path contains a space (AI Dubbing); this is generally workable but a plain English path without spaces (e.g., D:\pyvideotrans) is recommended to avoid other FFmpeg/path-related errors.
