这是由于 Edge-TTS 微软免费接口更改了验证逻辑，导致旧版本请求会被微软服务器拒绝并返回 403 Invalid response status。你目前使用的 v4.03 版本过旧，无法兼容新的验证机制。

解决方案：

升级到 v4.16（根本解决）
- 前往官网下载最新完整包或补丁包覆盖：https://pyvideotrans.com/downpackage
- 覆盖后 Edge-TTS 的 403 问题即被修复。
若为源码部署版（MacOS/Linux/Windows 源码）
在项目目录执行：
```
uv add git+https://github.com/rany2/edge-tts.git
```
若报错，先执行：
```
uv remove edge-tts
```
再重新执行上面的更新命令。
降低请求频率（辅助缓解）
进入 菜单 → 工具/选项 → 高级选项 → 字幕配音调整，将：
- EdgeTTS配音渠道配音并发数 设为 1
- 配音后暂停秒 设为 5~10
这样可以减少短时间高频请求被封的几率。
若代理导致问题
在软件根目录（sp.exe 所在文件夹）新建一个空文件 edgetts-noproxy.txt，强制 Edge-TTS 绕过代理。
临时备用方案
若急需使用，可先改用 gTTS(免费) 渠道配音（国内需科学上网），或使用支持克隆的本地内置渠道如 Qwen3-TTS、F5-TTS 等。
