The root cause: the LLM Correction checkbox is enabled, and the LLM correction channel defaults to DeepSeek, but no valid DeepSeek Secret Key (or API URL) has been filled in, so the request cannot be sent.

Solution (choose one of the two):

  1. Fill in the key and continue using LLM correction:

    • Open Menu → Translation Settings → DeepSeek;
    • Fill in the API Secret Key (obtained from https://platform.deepseek.com/, top up any amount first);
    • The API URL can be left as the default (https://api.deepseek.com); if you use a relay service, fill in the corresponding address;
    • Save, then return to the main interface and start the task again.
  2. Do not use LLM correction:

    • Uncheck the LLM Correction checkbox on the main interface (in the speech recognition row);
    • Start the task again.

Points to note:

  • If you want to use another AI channel for correction instead of DeepSeek, you can switch it in Menu → Tools → Advanced Options → Speech Recognition (ASR) → LLM Provider for Proofreading, and fill in the key for the corresponding channel in Translation Settings.
  • After changing the configuration, it is recommended to check Clear Output before retrying, to avoid reusing the previous intermediate results.
