The core cause: the Whisper.NET channel is not an out-of-the-box built-in speech recognition channel. It requires you to manually deploy the .NET runtime files. Your D:\pyVideoTrans\deps\ directory contains neither Whisper.net.dll nor the native subdirectory, so the channel initialization fails directly. The pre-packaged Windows build only includes the calling code, not these dll files.

Solutions (in recommended order):

Simplest approach: switch the speech recognition channel (recommended)
- Change STT Service from Whisper.NET to faster-whisper(Built-in);
- For Model, select large-v3-turbo (you already have ggml-large-v3-turbo.bin, but that is the whisper.cpp format; faster-whisper uses a different model file and will download automatically on first use);
- Keep Spoken as English.
If you must use Whisper.NET (for AMD GPU acceleration, etc.)
- This channel does not work with the pre-packaged build; you must deploy from source;
- Then place Whisper.net.dll in D:\pyVideoTrans\deps\ and put the native library files in D:\pyVideoTrans\deps\native\;
- After placing the files, restart the software and re-select the channel.
