This is a Windows file-lock problem (WinError 32): the alignment stage generated final_audio_temp.wav, and when it tried to rename/move it to target.wav, that file was still held by another process (most often real-time antivirus scanning of the new wav file, ffmpeg/the edge-tts subprocess not yet releasing the handle, or a cloud-sync/preview program locking the tmp folder). Note that your software path D:/EXTRAS/py videotrans contains a space, which further increases the chance of this kind of failure.

Solution (try in order):

Add the whole software directory D:/EXTRAS/py videotrans (especially tmp/) to the trusted whitelist of Windows Defender and any third-party security software, or temporarily disable real-time protection, then run sp.exe as administrator.
Move the software to a short path containing only English letters and digits without spaces, e.g. D:/pyvideotrans, instead of D:/EXTRAS/py videotrans.

Open Menu - Tools/Options - Advanced Options - Dubbing and temporarily uncheck Trim Start/End Silence in Dubbed Segments / Strip All Silence in Dubbed Segments, check Clear Output on the main interface, and rerun the task.
Do not run multiple instances at the same time (multiple instances share the tmp folder and will lock each other's files); if you need multiple instances, copy the software to another folder and run separately.

If the error still occurs after the above, provide the last 30 lines of the latest log file in the logs/ folder under the software installation directory (the file is named by date, e.g. 20250622.log) so that the specific process holding the file can be located.
