The direct cause: Edge-TTS is Microsoft's free public interface; when all requests are rejected (rate limiting/IP block, proxy interference, or invalid request parameters), it returns No audio was received, so every subtitle line fails. This is not a problem with the ru-RU-DmitryNeural voice itself (it exists in the Edge voice list).

Handle in this order:

Lower request frequency: Menu → Tools/Options → Advanced Options → Dubbing:
- EdgeTTS Max Concurrency = 1
- Post-Dubbing Delay (s) = 5~10
Exclude proxy interference: create an empty file edgetts-noproxy.txt in the software root directory (D:/pyVideoTrans/edgetts-noproxy.txt) to force Edge-TTS to bypass the proxy; if the main UI proxy box is filled in with an invalid address, clear it.
Change the extreme parameter: the log shows 音量:+100%; set More Settings → Volume Adjustment back to +0% and retry, to rule out parameter-related rejection.
Before retrying, check Clear Output on the main UI, otherwise the previously generated empty/failed cache will be reused.
If it still fails, it means the free Edge interface is currently unavailable in your network environment; switch the TTS channel (for example gTTS (Free), Piper (Built-in), or a channel with an API key) to confirm it is not an issue with the other stages of the software.

Note: the v4.16/v4.17 fix for the Edge-TTS 403 applies to source deployments (uv add git+https://github.com/rany2/edge-tts.git); you are running the frozen v4.17 package, so the edgetts-noproxy.txt and concurrency/delay settings above are the measures available to you.
