若使用了网络代理：在软件根目录（G:/win-pyvideotrans-v4.13-1）创建空文件 edgetts-noproxy.txt，强制 Edge-TTS 绕过代理直连。
临时替代方案：若急需出结果，可先改用其他配音渠道（如 gTTS(免费)，但国内需科学上网），或使用 AI 翻译 + 其他本地/云 TTS 渠道。
