This message means the software did not receive a valid video file path: you started a task, but the video selection box was empty or the file failed to load.
On the main window's first row, click Select Video/Audio again, and be sure that a full video file path actually appears in the input box (for example /Users/flormusic/videos/video1.mp4), rather than the box staying empty or showing only part of the path.
Rename the file to a short path that contains only English letters and digits, and remove emoji, Chinese characters, spaces, and special symbols, along with the folder name.
Confirm that the video can be played normally in the system player and contains an audio track; if it has no audio track, there is nothing to recognize.
If the path is already displayed but the same prompt still appears, check Clear Output first, then reselect the file and start again.
If the prompt still appears after the above steps, please provide the last 30 lines of the error information in the latest log file in the logs/ folder under /Users/flormusic/pyvideotrans for analysis.
